Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Product (Instant Digital Delivery)

BaseRent Pro is an instantly delivered electronic digital software product (Android APK and digital license activation key). Upon successful payment processing through Razorpay, license access and direct download links are provisioned electronically immediately. Because the delivery of digital files is instantaneous, cancellation of an order once digital access has been granted is not possible.

2. 14-Day Defect Refund Guarantee

We take pride in BaseRent's stability and robust SQLite architecture. However, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. You are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

• You experience a reproducible technical crash, error, or incompatibility on an officially supported Android device (Android 8.0 Oreo or higher).
• You report the issue to our technical support desk at prafulltony@gmail.com.
• Our development team is unable to provide a bug fix or functional workaround within 7 business days of your report.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

• The user changes their mind after successful download and key activation without reporting any software defect.
• The user attempts to run the application on rooted, unsupported, or incompatible operating systems (e.g., iOS or Android 7.0 and below).
• The request is initiated after the 14-day refund window has elapsed.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team, the refund is initiated immediately via Razorpay. The funds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (UPI account, Bank Account, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank's clearing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to prafulltony@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - BaseRent Pro" and include:

1. Your Razorpay Payment ID (received in your email receipt, e.g. pay_XXXXXXXXX).
2. The email address used during purchase.
3. Your Android device model and OS version.
4. A brief description or screenshot of the technical error.
