1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or purchasing BaseRent Pro through our website (www.baserent.co.in) or authorized app stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use or install the software.

2. Software License Grant

Upon payment of the ₹499/- one-time license fee, the developer, Praful Tony, grants you a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BaseRent Pro on your compatible Android devices for property and tenancy management.

3. Product & Pricing (Limited-Time Offer)

BaseRent Pro is available for a one-time fee of ₹499/- (INR) inclusive of all applicable digital taxes under our Limited-Time Early-Bird Landlord promotion. Please note that this ₹499/- Lifetime Pro offer is exclusively valid during our pre-launch window and will expire once BaseRent is officially launched on the Google Play Store, at which point official Play Store pricing and licensing tiers will take effect.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use BaseRent solely for lawful tenancy management. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the APK.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software or license keys to third parties.
• Use the application to generate fraudulent or deceptive rent receipts.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

BaseRent provides calculation utilities, rent ledger tracking, and automated PDF receipt generation for administrative convenience. Users remain solely responsible for local tenancy law compliance, rental agreement terms, and income tax declarations. The software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar), Maharashtra, India.
